Design + Creative Direction

Throughlines (2026)
Creative Direction | Branding | Publication

The graphic design thesis exhibition for the graduating class of MICA’s Bicentennial (Class of 2026) highlights MICA as a space for makers. Throughlines is a collective exhibition that borrows from this very idea of the institution. To commemorate MICA’s structural history as a factory, the exhibition’s identity speaks to the system of a factory conveyor belt and co-opts the industrial for the artistic.
As the lead publication designer and a creative directior,  my scope in this project included organising team meetings, establishing the logo, color, & brand assets as well as the thesis book layout and grid system. The systems opted for the final publication were optimal for showcasing each individual student’s body of work wile maintaining a cohesive visual identity across multiple media.
